Public Relations Course Work

Campaign Book for WUOT

As the team's writer, I worked extensively on the research, writing, revision and editing of the campaign book​. I independently collected, analyzed and condensed radio industry research. The team's researcher and I supplemented  other sections with additional research.​

Promotional Script

The University of Tennessee Office of Information Technology wanted to create a promotional video to encourage professors and students to use OIT products and services.  OIT sought student assistance to develop a working script.  I and another student worked on this project to create the following script.

PetSmart Campaign Book

With a team of public relations students, I created my first campaign book.  We collected primary and secondary research to support our strategies and tactics.  For primary research, we conducted a focus group among pet owners and sent surveys to 120 consumers.

Press Release

While I was volunteering with Yong-Williams Animal Center, I was enrolled in a public relations writing course.  We learned how to write press releases, brochures and other forms of writing included in media kits.  I wrote this press release for the 2012 Mardi Growl event.
