Princess Tea Party Parade

I created and developed a unique fundraising event to promote the Knoxville Opera's Cinderella opera to mothers and daughters. This event helped tie together the Knoxville Opera's in-school, educational performances with family ticket sales.​  By obtaining an event sponsor, Tea at the Gallery, I was able to create an event that was affordable for our target audience while earning more than $8,800 in revenue. By working with a new sponsor, I cultivated a new business relationship between the Knoxville Opera and Tea at the Gallery. Working with our sponsor also attracted new audiences from Tea at the Gallerly to the Knoxville Opera through cross promotion opportunities.

I posted and responded regularly to keep Knoxville Opera visible and relevant on Facebook and Twitter.  I also helped answer questions and solve problems from our consumers through our Facebook page. One of my favorite posts was the opera meme below.

 
Groupon Letters

 

I wrote letters to ticket buyers who purchased tickets from a Groupon special last year. To regain sales from this group we gave them another special discount to purchase tickets this season. Click on the yellow document icon to view my letter in PDF form.

Website Maintenance

I updated the season schedules and Board of Directors members.  I ensured all website logos were consistent to this season, along with current contact, event and ticket information.
